This pdf book differs from the printed book because:
1) fillingthesky.pdf contains blue constellation figures.
2) A note by the American writer Thoreau is not in this ebook because I did not have permission for digital usage.
Filling the Sky is numbered starting five pages from the frontpiece. To use the book's table of contents or index you should go by the number at the bottom of each actual page, not the page number as indicated by the pdf reader. You can very easily navigate Filling the Sky by using its pdf bookmark feature.
If the text seems fuzzy in Acrobat Reader go to Edit, Preferences, Page Display (or General in the full version of Acrobat), then uncheck the 'smooth text' box. In Foxit go to Edit, Preferences, Page Display, and check or uncheck the 'Optimize for LCD Screen.'
The download file is 25.3 mb and takes about 3 minutes at dsl speeds.
